🏃 Goal = 3-minute run
🟨 Yellow Card = 1-minute run
🟥 Red Card = 2-minute run
🚩 Corner Kick = 30-second sprint
🚩 Offside = 15-second sprint
Choose your level:
✅ Beginner: Watch one half and jog for 1 minute every 5 minutes.
✅ Advanced: Watch the whole game and jog for 2 minutes every 5 minutes.
