You’ve got to get up pretty early in the morning…
to keep pace with VDI’s training tempo, from Karjackistan to points east and west.
Last week was just the latest case-in-point in this regard as the VDI team was busy - as they often are - doing “VDI things”, which included:
✅ Delivering 3 Custom Courses, including:
- an Protective/Evasive Driving refresher for one of VDI’s longstanding corporate clients
- a DRV-201 Executive Protection Defensive and Security Driving course in collaboration with Allied Universal’s Executive Protection and Intelligence group
- a Vehicle Centric Defensive Tactics (VCDT) course for another of VDI’s longstanding corporate clients
✅ AND delivering the latest iteration of VDI’s world renown 3 day Protective/Evasive Driving Course.
By the time the sun had finally set at the end the week, in just 7 days the VDI team had:
✅ Delivered training in 3 states (Oregon, Pennsylvania, New Jersey)
✅ To more than 40 professional security drivers and protection practitioners
But rather than resting on their laurels, come Saturday the team rolled right into an Instructor Workshop presented by Sifu Alan Baker, originator of the highly acclaimed Vehicle Centric Defensive Tactics program, which VDI exclusively offers to their clients in the government/military, law enforcement, and private, sectors.
Sunday started out with a bit of a slower pace, at least until mid-afternoon, when the team began preparing the classrooms, vehicles, and exercises, required for this week’s training deliveries. The first of which kicked off on vMonday morning.
But that’s a story for another time.
