STEAM in preschool is learning through curiosity, creativity, exploration, and problem-solving. Children learn by asking questions, making predictions, experimenting, creating, and discovering how things work. 🧪🎨🧱🔢✨

The activities in these pictures are a wonderful example of a preschool STEAM experience! Our children are exploring, experimenting, and learning through hands-on play. 🫧💕
Science / Ciencia:
Exploring how the foam behaves and changes.
Explorando cómo se comporta y cambia la espuma.
Technology / Tecnología:
Using tools and materials to create and manipulate the foam.
Utilizando herramientas y materiales para crear y manipular la espuma.
Engineering / Ingeniería:
Experimenting with how to make, hold, stretch, and move it.

Arts / Artes:
Exploring color, texture, and creative possibilities.

👩🏫✨ Most importantly, the teacher is facilitating rather than simply giving answers. By asking open-ended questions, teachers encourage children to think, investigate, and discover answers for themselves.
