Dr. Michael Breidenbach (Dean of the Honors College, Professor of History, Visiting Scholar at Blackfriars Hall), Dr. Janice Chik Breidenbach (Chair of the Philosophy Department, Director of Graduate Philosophy, Professor of Philosophy, Visiting Scholar at Blackfriars Hall), Dr. Jeffrey Walkey (Director of the MA Program, Associate Professor of Theology), Dr. Gerald Boersma, (Chair of the Theology Department, Director of the PhD Program, Professor of Theology), Dr. Roger Nutt (Provost and Professor of Theology), and Dr. Joshua Madden (Ave PhD alumnus and member of the Faculty of Theology at the Ireland campus, Theology Program Director and Director for the Master of Sacred Scripture at Holy Apostles College & Seminary, Lector at Blackfriars Priory) all participated in and gave papers at a Symposium at Blackfriars Hall, Aquinas Institute, Oxford, on the topic of "Action: Human and Divine, Civic and Ecclesiastical."
