Our TxCEE team recently toured Dirks-Anderson Elementary with the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) as part of our Texas Strategic Staffing (TSS) initiative. This initiative focuses on developing a paid teacher residency in order to strengthen teacher and leader pipelines across Texas.

Special thanks to Principal Shera Whelch for hosting and to TSS State Lead Dennis Taylor for joining us! Partnerships like these are essential for empowering educators and students statewide. 🌟
