-We will review the 3608 (IPC) form from HHSC, discuss roles and responsibilities of the LIDDA vs. the Provider concerning the IPC at enrollment, transfer, renewal, and any revision.
-We will look at sample IPC’s and review each component of the form to ensure that you understand how to complete the form.
-We will discuss when and why revisions are done and procedures to follow when a revision or renewal needs to occur.
-We will also touch on some important things to remember and tips when entering renewals or revisions into TMHP.

Twogether Consulting is pleased to have hosted Rachel Hopkins, Program Director of Healthcare Services at Molina HealthCare of Texas as our guest presenter today for our "Free IDD Provider & Family Resource Webinar" on June 30th, 2025, from noon to 1 pm.
Rachel is also a certified Person- Centered Thinking Trainer. Rachael did a great job of explaining STAR+PLUS services and how the MCOs work with providers and LIDDAs as well as some of the value-added benefits specifically provided by Molina Healthcare of Texas. This session provided other information as well about STAR+PLUS Medicaid program, including its healthcare benefits, service coordination teams, and collaboration with IDD Providers and LIDDAs. We had a good amount of questions, and I appreciate the time she spent with our attendees after the presentation.
