Austin Film Festival's Summer Film Camp starts on Monday, June 1st and runs all Summer long!

Whether your camper is just starting their interest in movies or is an experienced filmmaker, AFF has a program for you! For ages 9-12, checkout our Combo Camp program which includes Filmmaking 101 and our signature animation program, Claymation Creations. For ages 13-18, we have Script to Screen which is a hands-on, in-depth program that teaches kids how a film goes from inception to finished product.

The best part...after Summer Film Camp ends, AFF hosts a showcase where all the short films made at camp are shown in a movie theatre!
