The Texas Education Agency recently added 21 individuals to the Do Not Hire Registry under new authority granted by Senate Bill 571. TPSA supported the bill, which allows the placement on the list of non-certified employees and third-party service providers after a qualifying arrest. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3PNNM0o
