On Monday, we took our High Schoolers to see the Texas State Capital and today was the Middle Schoolers to go! Not only did our students get to tour the capital, they got to see where Texas politicians come together to vote on issues, and how the capital was created! Check out these great photos we snagged of our students during their tour!!!

YESTERDAY The U.S. Naval Academy came to Akins Early College High School!

We had over 30 students in attendance! Thank you to Ensign Herrera from the Naval Academy for a wonderful presentation!

TOMORROW! The U.S. Navy is visiting Akins Early College High School Rm. 146 College & Career Center! Come learn about Navy Careers & traveling the world!

Mr. C had his first workshop on choosing a college of best fit at Navarro Early College High School last week. We are looking forward to taking our 9th-12th graders on college/career trips soon (:

Today Mr. Chris had his first workshop at Mendez MS STEM Academy, explaining our program and planning goals for early college high school! Go Mavs!

We have been hard at work this week, sharing our services with students Mendez MS STEM Academy, Martin Middle School, Paredes Middle School, Webb Middle School, Akins Early College High School, Eastside Early College High School, Navarro Early College High School, and Northeast Early College High School-Austin. From tutoring and TSI to college/job development, our goal is to help students with a PLAN.
