Spring Semester is set to start! We can't wait to see what creations this year will bring, but you can be sure to see them here!

Plated desserts, a wonderful display of creativity and skill.

Enjoy the spread of holiday desserts! Pick for Thanksgiving desserts will be Monday Nov 24th and Tuesday Nov 25th starting at 12PM.
Christmas dessert pick up time will be announced later.
Items can be purchased at the Culinary Arts Grab & Go located at the Highland Campus, Bldg. 2000, Rm. 1320

Holiday Pies! A delicious spread of holiday cheer!

Students don't just make these delicious desserts, they also learn to plate beautifully.

Learning about culture, expanding student's understanding of what the world has to offer is a priority for ACC Culinary. We had the opportunity to host a Masterclass lead by Chef Alba Sunyer Ollé. Thank you we loved this demonstration!

These students have the opportunity to work with instructors from different skills sets, different backgrounds, even different countries; but all with a passion to teach.

Full service back of house training. Students work with an instructor to learn the procedure and skills of a standard kitchen. Tools they use in the following semesters and jobs to come!

Hospitality, the other half of service. Front of house training, these students learn at Eatery 73 working close with the Culinary Students.

Basic skills, our students learn their knife cuts, sauces, stocks, and recipe standards. A great starting point to help them excel in the upcoming semesters!

Class capacity is 12 students. That means each semester students get to work closely with their instructor and learn hands on!
