Christmas dessert pick up time will be announced later.

Learning about culture, expanding student's understanding of what the world has to offer is a priority for ACC Culinary. We had the opportunity to host a Masterclass lead by Chef Alba Sunyer Ollé. Thank you we loved this demonstration!

Full service back of house training. Students work with an instructor to learn the procedure and skills of a standard kitchen. Tools they use in the following semesters and jobs to come!
