Spring Commencement season wrapped up at Austin Community College District, and the ACC Alumni Network had so much fun celebrating with our Riverbats and their families! 🎓✨ From celebrating prior to graduation where students stopped by to decorate their caps, receive graduation guidance and resources, to celebrating together at Commencement where for the first time, ACC Alums received their commemorative ACC Alumni pin! We love creating memories and new traditions with our Riverbats!

Join us for the 2025 ACC Alumni Achievement Awards. An Austin Community College District event, presented by the Austin Community College Alumni Network and Austin Community College Foundation.

At this immersive event, student-led departmental activations will guide guests through the ACC journey from dynamic student to inspirational alum. Light bites and refreshments will be served.

Austin Community College proudly honors Juneteenth with events, a parade, and a day of reflection.

📅 Wednesday, June 18 – Join us for our annual Juneteenth Celebration on campus!
📅 Thursday, June 19 – The college will be closed in observance of the holiday. Look for us at the official Juneteenth Parade Start/End: East Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Chicon Street proceeding to Rosewood Park at Chestnut Avenue and Rosewood Avenue.

🎉 Congratulations to our Spring 2025 Phlebotomy Technician graduates! 🎓
These students have completed an intensive one-semester certificate program and are now prepared to play vital roles in hospitals, clinics, and research facilities — collecting and transporting blood for testing, transfusions, and critical research.

Many grads will go on to stack this credential into programs like Nursing or Medical Laboratory Technology.

In the words of Department Chair Keri Brophy-Martinez:
