With equal focus on art and commerce, the DSGA recreates the experience of conceptualizing a game, making it and bringing it to market.

Each year 20 participants enter an intensive 9-month leadership and training program where they have the opportunity to take a director or manager role in a full game production. In addition, they are taught by and engage in discussions with some of the gaming industry’s top leaders.
