THE MERCH STORE CLOSES TOMORROW!

From super-soft hoodies to classic tees, we’ve got everything you need to rock your school pride in style. The store closes tomorrow - Tuesday, July 21st at 9:00pm - so order before it's too late!

Orders placed by tomorrow will be ready for pick up at Matador Days. We'll have a limited inventory of selected items available for purchase during Matador Days, but the only way to ensure you get what you want is to order now!

Calling ALL incoming 6th graders! And...calling ALL new-to-MMS 7th and 8th graders!

If you will be a brand new Matador this fall, we invite you to NEW MAT ORIENTATION 2026! Murchison hosts New Mat Orientation for new students to tour the campus, meet a few staff members and students, and learn all about our processes and expectations.

There are two opportunities to attend: July 29th from 9am - 12pm and August 5th from 9am - 12pm. Make sure to sign up for the session you want to attend so we know to expect you. Be a PTA member for the 2026-2027 school year! Your presence is important at Murchison, and your interest and involvement are important to AISD as we face big issues.

Your membership in the PTA not only supports our MMS faculty and students, but also strengthens our voice in conversations with the district on important facilities and policy issues. We enthousiasticaly encourage all parents and caregivers to become PTA members. Students are also welcome to become PTA members!

MATADORS MATTER. Support our Murchison teachers, staff, and students with 100% direct impact!

As our district faces tough budget decisions, Ms. Harris and her team are working hard to allocate campus budgets to keep as many staff members as possible. MMS PTA is stepping up to cover campus-wide supply gaps to help alleviate the strain.

You can help do this in two ways:
1) Donate to our No Hassle Fundraiser! All donors who give $250 or more will receive a branded Yeti.
2) Become a Partner In Education (PIE) Sponsor! Our sponsors receive outstanding name recognition.

Last year, our No Hassle donations and PIE Sponsors made it possible for MMS PTA to purchase gym mats, digital media gear, science dissection kits, and so much more. We need our community to step up in a big way this year and help us raise $75,000 to keep our Matadors fully equipped from day one. No selling, no buying — just pure impact.
