, and as a parent now, I get it. The schedule is packed. But as a former teacher, I have to say—don’t give up on music lessons just yet.

Here’s why it matters:

It tells kids music is optional—and that mindset is hard to undo.

Progress stalls. Just like school, breaks mean review time later.

Momentum matters. Stop now, and it’s tough to restart.
