Our first ever Dog Social. Which is crazy because we LOVE our pups here at Karhu.

Tuesday, Sept. 1 from 6:30-8:30pm we will heading out to BARk House - Pets & Pints to hangout with the dogs of Karhu and their humans!

We will also be celebrating Enzo’s 2nd Birthday! So even if you don’t have a pup to bring, you can still come Zo boy some birthday love!

This Saturday we will be hosting a Lift Off | Ultimate Weightlifting Challenge Mock Meet at 7:00am and 8:15am.

LIFT OFF is the ultimate strength challenge — combining max power and endurance in a one-of-a-kind, high-energy format. Competitors will test their 1RMs in the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, then push past their limits in a 90-second rep test.

The actual event will take place on September 12 at Korrect Fitness.

If you haven’t signed up but are interested, join us on Saturday for a little practice run!
