📢📢Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope this letter finds you and your family well. We are writing to inform you of an important decision regarding the future of the Jubilee Wells Branch campus.

Jubilee Academies has applied with the TEA for a Dormancy period for our Jubilee Wells Branch campus to take effect on Monday, July 1, 2024. This means that the last day of school, for those enrolled in Summer School, will be Friday, June 28, 2024. The dormancy will allow us to make necessary physical improvements to the building, including fixing the AC units, the walls, the leaks in the roof, and more. We appreciate the trust you have placed on us and hope to continue serving you through this transition. Please continue reading to learn more about what comes next.

Counseling Support
We are offering virtual office hours to assist families in exploring educational options and support the transition process. The Counseling department will be available to answer any questions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. now through Friday, June 14. Please see below for access to our established counseling services hotline.

Record Handling
Your student records will be securely maintained by our student records management database. Once you’ve chosen a new school for your student, please have your school submit a record’s request through the Texas Records Exchange System, or TREx. The last report card showing promotion status for your student will be in the Ascender Parent Portal for you to download or print by Monday, June 3.

Summer School
Thank you for trusting Jubilee Academies with your students’ education this summer. If you registered a student for Summer School this year, please we complete THIS SURVEY to confirm your student’s attendance.

During the first week in May, the district celebrated our Jubilee Wells Branch Teacher’s of the Year at a luncheon at Texas Roadhouse in San Antonio. We want to again congratulate Ms. Garcia (elementary) and Mrs. Vinclark (secondary) for their hard work and dedication to our students! Thank you from JWB Parent Teacher Organization and its members!
