While many of our students get to see each other in school they may have friends in their neighborhoods or other communities that they are missing. These articles are a great resource on how to set up a social distancing activity, in the classroom (however, this can evolve to a driveway, front yard, back yard, or park), different ways to interact socially, and a mindful checklist. By setting up an activity that your little can do safely with their friends you can maintain those relationships that have been so near and dear in the past. The article focuses on the WONDER of discovering open-ended materials versus the act of "completing" an activity.
