🚨 TXICFW is for several positions, including a call center manager position with the Texas Foster Youth Network. The call center manager will act as call center coordinator for the Texas Foster Youth Network Project. This position will oversee daily call center operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with accessibility, safety, and privacy standards. The Heart Galleries of Texas supports families formed through adoption and recognizes the critical importance of adoption-competent therapists. To increase the capacity of the mental health workforce, HGTX will provide a cohort of 15 therapists with $1,000 in financial support to complete the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training.
