Double certified! I am now a 400-hour trained yoga teacher!!! Plus a beautiful mala gift from my wonderful teacher Robin Dharampal Bruce! I'm so blessed to have spent the last 4 months with such amazing people, learning such amazing things!!!

Find your authentic self threw yoga!
I was hesitant to post this picture because i don't look like the "perfect enlightened shiny" person us yoga teachers try to be but really were all just people, all of us wonderful with flaws. I would be a hypocrite to fake my way threw yoga, after all yoga is what helped me find myself and love myself. So this is my authentic self, body mind voice and spirit! What helped you find your authenticity?
