Find your authentic self threw yoga!
I was hesitant to post this picture because i don't look like the "perfect enlightened shiny" person us yoga teachers try to be but really were all just people, all of us wonderful with flaws. I would be a hypocrite to fake my way threw yoga, after all yoga is what helped me find myself and love myself. So this is my authentic self, body mind voice and spirit! What helped you find your authenticity?

Also thinking of teaching a class at 7-8pm on Thursdays at Casa De Luz? Neither of the classes I have planned are set in stone cause I want to know at least 2 people will show up to each class so let me know if your interested!
