Back at the range again! Everyone shot really well today, had lots of accuracy and hit the target at least once. The weather was also perfect and there was lots of shade.

Had a really good book discussion about this book 'Zen Bow, Zen Arrow' in class.
It's a pretty short read, but very insightful and explains how Kyudo is not just about having good techniques/about hitting the target. It's also about having a strong calm spirit, mind, and to target your inner self to grow and to use that lesson in our everyday life.

Our archery range in Austin where we practice Kyudo, got closed down suddenly. This is a petition to the city mayor, city council members and the parks services to get it back for 10 more years.
