A few of my recent cakes and cupcakes.

I had my first Wilton class today. I had two students, and we had the Day at the Beach Cupcake class. The mother only brought the kids. She didn't bring one other thing for these kids for class. Not the cupcakes, not the frosting, not the bags, or tips. NOTHING!!! I think she was hoping I would cancel the class. Big surprise for her, I didn't. The kids were sweet and eager to learn. The big sister and little brother were awesome together. The sister was always encouraging her little brother, saying things like "GREAT JOB"!! I hope all my future classes are so fun.
