As a birth and postpartum doula, my goal is to provide mamas (and their families!) with unmatched emotional, physical, and educational support as you welcome a new life into the world. My goal is to educate, love, and encourage you through this time and empower you in your birthing journey- before, during and after baby arrives. My support will look like many different things for many different mothers, but what will always remain consistent will be my belief in what your body in capable of in birth, my dedication to serving you and advocating for you in this life altering experience, and my passion for holding space for all of the beautiful and powerful questions, thoughts and emotions that arise during our time together.
