A two minute fix or a two week spiral. The difference is usually just having someone you can ask.

I've watched coaches lose entire weekends trying to connect a payment button to a checkout page. Once someone who knows the system walks them through it, it's an 8 minute fix.

That's not a skill gap. That's an access gap.

Inside Digital Mentors, we run live tech support and training sessions three times a week so our clients never have to solve tech problems alone.

I was working with one of our students recently on how she talks about her program in her marketing, and it's a lesson worth sharing.

Her clients already know what to do. That's not in question. They know they need to drink more water. They know the basics of what she teaches.

So here's what I told her: if you're selling information people already have, you're not selling the right thing.

What you're actually offering is the bridge between knowing and doing. The regimen. The accountability. The support through the mental blocks that come up. The routine that sticks even after your time working together ends.

That's the real value. That's what you lead with in your messaging.

Stop selling information. Start selling the result.

Are you making excuses, or are you taking responsibility? It's one or the other, you can't do both.

Anytime you catch yourself pointing a finger, outside of yourself, at someone or something else, pause. That moment is an opportunity to shift a habitual behavior.

We all make excuses. Some more than others, and some are completely valid. This isn't about letting people off the hook when they've genuinely crossed a line or are at fault. But if you're building a business and you're placing blame anywhere other than on yourself, it's not going to move you forward.

Why? Because you have zero control over anyone else. You have 100% control over you: your thoughts, your reactions, your actions.

Our real work as entrepreneurs is becoming aware of this pattern, and shifting it in the moment. That's how we take back our power and our leadership in our own lives.

And from that place, we can accomplish anything we set our intention to.

When building a business online: nothing gets solved in your head.

You can have the most brilliant ideas in the world, but they don't mean anything until you put them out there and see how people actually respond.

And that response doesn't show up after one post or one week. It shows up after 30 days. 60 days. That's when you have real data , data we can use to help you refine and adjust what's not working.

One post won't build the business of your dreams. Consistency will.

Most coaches don't have a tech problem. They have a "trying to learn it alone at midnight" problem. 😩

You hit a snag, open 12 tabs, watch 4 outdated tutorials, and end up MORE confused than when you started.

I've watched people burn an entire weekend trying to connect a payment button to a checkout page. The wild part? That's usually an 8-minute fix when someone who knows the system is sitting next to you.

You're not bad at tech. You've just never had anyone to ask.

Inside Digital Mentors, we run live tech support 3x a week. Real questions, real answers, real-time. No more weekend spirals.

I've worked with hundreds of coaches, and almost every single one of them has said some version of the same thing: "Jim, I just need to figure out the tech first."

I can tell you honestly, that sentence has cost people months, sometimes years. They keep waiting until they understand everything before they actually start showing up.

But here's what I've learned watching coaches stall out: you don't need to understand all the tech. You need to understand enough to move.

The tech world makes this feel way more complicated than it needs to be. Most coaches don't need fifty tools. They don't need some giant software stack. They don't need to become a tech expert before they can get clients.

They need a few simple pieces working together: a simple funnel, a scheduling tool, a way to deliver their content, a way to get paid, and one place to show up consistently. That's it.

I've seen coaches build real businesses with exactly that kind of setup. Most coaches don't struggle with access to tools. They struggle with knowing which ones actually matter, what order to set them up in, and who to ask when something breaks. That's where most people lose momentum.

I'm Jim Fanale, co-founder of Digital Mentors, and I help our clients turn all this tech and AI stuff into something they can actually use. Inside Digital Mentors, we run live tech training and support classes three times a week. A real person, real answers, real time. You bring your questions, and I'll cut through the noise and tell you exactly what to do next.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you don’t need to follow every shiny marketing strategy you see.

Pick one. Stick with it. Give yourself enough time to actually gather data on what’s working and what isn’t.

Because here’s the thing: most of the time, the fix isn’t a new strategy. It’s doing more of what’s already working and less of what isn’t.

Chasing the next trend feels like progress. But it usually just resets your data back to zero.

Consistency is the strategy.

We can help you stay focused on the goal of your business. Want to know how?

Your open rates didn't drop because your offer got worse. 📉

They dropped because the relationship needs tending.

Value → connection → invitation → repeat. That's the rhythm that actually grows an audience — not going quiet for months then launching hard, and not burning out trying to "convert" every post.

I'm a coach inside Digital Mentors, and I help coaches rebuild that rhythm — content strategy, messaging, and an AI marketing team (yes, even the imagery) that does the heavy lifting for you.

💬 Comment "YES" or DM me "I'm ready" and I'll personally walk you through where to start in the Incubator. No automations — just me.

Everyone's telling you to use more AI tools.

I'm telling you to stop. 👇

The coaches I work with aren't struggling because they don't have enough tools.
They're struggling because the wrong ones are set up — or nothing's set up at all.

There's one tool most people skip completely.

It's not flashy. Nobody's making a viral video about it.

But it's almost always the one that saves the most time once it's in place.

I'm Jim Fanale, co-founder of Digital Mentors.

My job is to take all this tech and AI noise and turn it into something you can actually use — without the overwhelm, without the wasted hours, and without having to figure it out alone.

If you're a coach who's been piecing things together and wondering why it still feels hard — it's probably not you. It's your setup.

👉 Take the free audit and we'll show you exactly where the tech might be slowing you down.
