Why I love games at school…
✅ Build logical and sequential thinking
✅ Build communication skills
✅ Skill practice (reading, math, etc.)
✅ Develop imagination (depending on the game)
✅ Develop content knowledge (depending on the game)
✅ FUN! (Doesn’t feel like the hard work of learning or the tedious work of practice)

I love our Friday field trips! Last week we hiked out to see the dinosaur tracks nearby, and this week we checked out a science talk at UT about understanding the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. So fun and interesting!
