We want to share with our ODA families that Cary Lynn's (Our Regional Direcor) father has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. This is a deeply difficult time for her and her family as they begin to navigate both grief and the planning of services.

Out of respect for her and the weight of what she is carrying, we kindly ask that you give her some time and space in the coming days. If you have questions regarding school matters or graduation, please direct them to your campus directors or Tiffany Byerly at [email protected] for the time being.

We appreciate your understanding, your prayers, and your support as she walks through this loss.

If you have scheduled a family interview someone will contact you if changes need to be made. If you're waiting to schedule a new family interview please extend grace as Cary Lynn does most of the planning for those. Someone will contact you in the coming weeks.

Our English III class will be presenting their thesis defenses May 2nd at Austin Christian University from 10-2. We would love to see ODA families come and support our students. This is something they work on the whole year and the student with the best written defense will win a $1200 scholarship! We are excited to see and hear their hard work come to fruition!

Teacher spotlight ✨️ This week's teacher is also our Regional Director. Mrs. Cary Lynn wears many hats around ODA but she truly has a passion for Photography and History. She is super excited to share that passion in her new classroom. Check out more about her below!

Our English III students are preparing for an exciting Thesis & Debate Program, where they will showcase their writing, reasoning, and public speaking skills and you can be part of their success!

For just $25, you can place an advertisement for your family-owned business in our event program. This is a great way to promote your business within our community while supporting student achievement.
