A film festival and conference geared to widen opportunities to filmmakers of The University of Texa

We are so incredibly grateful to have such amazing donors. These past few weeks have been insane, getting the festival ready and making sure everything will be ready on time. With donations through the roof, we just want to thank everyone that supports us. Y'all make or break the festival. Don't forget to come to the festival on Saturday, April 30th at 3 PM!

Not only does the Jump Cut Film Festival feature student short films, it also brings in local Austin filmmakers to be judges in the festival. Here's one of the judges for this year's festival!
Keller Davis is a filmmaker, writer, and entrepreneur in Austin, Texas who co-founded and manages Escape Plan Productions, a video production company, and Createscape Coworking, a coworking office in East Austin for creative professionals. He directs, produces, writes, and edits a number of short films, music videos, and commercial work around the world. A frequent attendee of SXSW Film Festival, Fantastic Fest, and Austin Film Festival (where he also served as a programmer), his short films and music videos have been screened at film fests, won a number of awards, and received international recognition. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in Telecommunication Media Studies and served as the film society chairman, filmmaking club president, and associate director of the 2011 Texas Film Festival.
