💚💛 FUNDED FRIDAY! 💛💚

They’re here! 📚 Our 3rd–5th grade student planners finally arrived this week — and Booster Club paid for them!

Each year, Booster Club spends approximately $2,700 to provide planners for our older Falcons. Students use them throughout the school year to write down homework, track responsibilities, keep up with important dates, and learn to manage their schedules.

It’s a simple tool that helps our students build independence and organization — while also helping parents keep up with what’s happening at school! 💚

Join us at MOD Pizza on Thursday, September 24th for our next Forest Trail Booster Club Spirit DAY! Grab lunch, dinner, or anything in between, and 20% of your bill will be donated back to the Booster Club to support our Falcons.

Join us for FTE’s very first State of the School! 💚💛

We’re excited to welcome Eanes ISD Superintendent Kirk Koennecke alongside our own Principal Reid for a conversation about what’s happening across the district, what’s happening right here at Forest Trail, and what’s ahead for our Falcons.

It’s a great opportunity to hear directly from our school and district leadership, ask questions, and stay connected to the priorities impacting our school community.

See those matching shirts our amazing FTE staff are sporting? Booster Club paid for them! 👕🌱
This year, Booster Club spent $2,750 to provide a shirt for every staff member at Forest Trail. This year’s design complements Principal Reid’s theme of growing, thriving, and rooting yourself in the place where you bloom best. 🌿

Our staff wears their shirts together at the district-wide Convocation, on the first day of school, and on other special days throughout the year. It’s a small way to build school pride, strengthen that sense of belonging, and remind our staff that they’re part of something bigger.

Because when we talk about investing in the Falcon experience, that includes investing in the incredible people who make it possible every day. 💚

🚨 FTE DADS CLUB: HARD LAUNCH 🚨

Our brand-new FTE Dads Club officially hit the Trail this morning! 💚🦅

They kicked things off with Friday Door Pullers, opening car doors and welcoming our Falcons to school with smiles, high fives, and plenty of Falcon spirit. What a way to start a Friday!

We are so grateful for this community and for the dads and family members who are ready to jump in, show up, and make FTE an even more special place for our kids.

Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, or another special relative — we’d love to have you join the FTE Dads Club!

What a fun night with our Booster Club Chairs! 💚🦅

We loved getting this incredible group of volunteers together for a little mixing, mingling, and Falcon fun! Our Chairs give their time, energy, creativity, and talents to help make so many of the programs, events, and experiences our students and families enjoy possible.

We are so grateful for this hardworking group and their passion for contributing to the Falcon experience. It takes a village—and we’re pretty lucky to have this one! 💚

👀 Did you catch the $33,400 Forest Trail Elementary Booster Club donation in the EISD August Board Highlights?

This gift represents the 2026–2027 Principal’s Allotment, as approved in this year’s Booster Club budget. The funding goes directly toward supporting FTE — including field trips, professional development, copy supplies, science resources, the nurse fund, staff planning luncheons and more. 💚💛

Why did it make the EISD Board agenda? Any gift to a school of $25,000 or more must be formally accepted by the EISD Board of Trustees.

A huge THANK YOU to our Booster Club members and donors! Your membership, donations and participation make investments like this in our school, students and staff possible.
