Discipline made visible 👇🏽

No coach. No team. No excuses.
Just me, discipline, and a vision I refused to abandon. 🔥

What started as a personal challenge became a revelation. ✨

The prep wasn’t easy. There were doubts, sore muscles, sleepless nights, and moments I questioned what I was doing. But I did it...entirely on my own...and that alone means everything. 💪🏽

Every sacrifice, every early morning, every challenge faced solo has shaped more than my body; it’s shown me what I’m truly capable of. 🏆

My first competition. Built by grit, heart, and self-trust. It was humbling, empowering, and utterly exhilarating. 💫

I’m proud of this journey and what it stands for. I did it for me. To remind myself of the resilience, self-trust, and unshakable determination I possess. 👑

Grateful beyond words. Ecstatic beyond measure. ❤️‍🔥

And this…this is only the beginning. I’ve learned so much doing it alone, for the future, I’m excited to grow even further with a coach by my side.🌹

Back in September, I spent five unforgettable days in Maui, surrounded by some of the most inspiring souls I’ve ever had the privilege to create alongside. What began as a retreat quickly became something much deeper. A shared experience that felt like coming home to a family I didn’t know I was missing.

To be a part of something greater than myself. A collective of artists, dreamers, and storytellers. It was nothing short of magic.

Peak Week is HERE!!

I'm feeling all the things 🫠 excited, exhausted, and completely in awe 😆 Brain fog is very real right now. I wish I could put into words how incredible this journey has been, especially for my first competition, but let’s just say...forming full sentences is a challenge at the moment 😅
(seriously, it took me way too long just to write this 🙃)

That said, LET’S FREAKING GO!! I can’t wait to hit the stage and soak it all in!!

Huge thank you to for this amazing opportunity, and to .swimwear for my first-ever competition bikinis, they’re beyond anything I imagined! So excited to see everyone shine and show off the hard work we’ve all put in 💖

"Discipline is what carries you through the moments when comfort is not an option."

I once stood for 8 hours straight, without sitting, to be transformed into living art for the World Bodypainting Festival. My body became a canvas, painted with a grave story.

That day demanded the same thing my fitness journey demands now: discipline. The discipline to hold still when everything in you wants to move. The discipline to stay present, when fatigue presses down.

Fitness is no different. Every rep, every meal, every sacrifice is another layer of paint, unseen by most, but shaping the masterpiece. Modeling taught me patience, endurance, and resilience. Fitness sharpens those lessons into strength.

Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s liberation. The bridge between what you dream and what you stand on stage to become.
