𝗤. What happens after I graduate?

𝗔. After completing your required hours and passing your written and practical exams with a grade of 70 or above, you receive a diploma of completion. You then take the Texas State Board Examination, administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, to receive your license to practice.

Our placement support begins the moment you graduate. We maintain an active list of Austin salons seeking licensed professionals and will help connect you with interviews as long as you remain in the profession.

A new Cosmetology class starts September 8, 2026 at Baldwin Beauty Schools.

✨ 100 hours of Skin Care
