Most people are shocked when they hear my story.
Childhood trauma.
Abuse.
Abandonment.
Betrayal.
Heartbreak.
Grief.

It sounds like something straight out of a Tyler Perry or Lifetime movie — except it’s real life.

Spoiler alert: I didn’t let it break me.

God turned my pain into a redemption story.
Like Harriet Tubman, I made a promise — if He set me free, I’d go back and help other women still trapped in their own emotional bo***ge.

Now I teach women how to heal, rise, and walk in purpose through my R.I.S.E.™ in Truth Framework.

Whether that means uncovering hidden patterns of pain, strengthening your voice and boundaries, or establishing your new foundation of peace, purpose, and power, I’m here to help you rise from what tried to destroy you.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:
