Founded in 1997, Rawson Saunders is committed to excellence and innovation in education through which bright learners with dyslexia can develop to their fullest potential intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
Every year, our 8th graders take a field trip to Washington, D.C. It is always a highlight for our students, and this year was no exception. It was remarkable to see pieces of history we’ve learned about firsthand, and to share it with our 8th graders. 🏛️❤️📖🪦✈️

Woodrow Wilson couldn’t read until age 12. He went on to lead the United States through a World War and win the Nobel Peace Prize. History is full of people who think differently and lead brilliantly.
