Our PK Garden Theme in April was full of growth—in more ways than one! 🌱🌼

Students explored planting, nature, and the environment through hands-on, multi-sensory activities that incorporated language, motor, and social skills. Watching our students learn, explore, and connect with the world around them was a joy!

We love helping our students grow every day! 💚

A special thank you to the moms who so selflessly give their love, time, strength, and support each and every day. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for all that you do for your children and our school community.

On Friday, we were honored to celebrate these amazing women at our First Annual Muffins for Moms event! 🧁💕 Thank you to all of the moms, grandmas, and special guests who joined us and made the day so meaningful and special.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to our Student Special Events Committee for all of their hard work behind the scenes to make this event possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!

April brought smiles and bright learning moments with our Dental Health Theme in PK! 🦷✨

Students engaged in hands-on, multi-sensory activities that supported communication, fine motor development, and self-help skills—all while learning about healthy habits and taking care of their teeth.

Learning is always more impactful when it’s interactive, and our students truly shined during this theme! 😁

William’s School was proud to participate as a vendor in the Autism Society of Texas annual walk! 💙

It was an incredible day connecting with the Autism Society of Texas, collaborating with local providers, and sharing resources with families in our community. Events like this highlight the power of partnership and the importance of supporting individuals with autism together.

We were excited to welcome the Austin EMS and Austin Fire Department to our campus! 🚑🚒

Students had the opportunity to explore emergency vehicles up close and meet the incredible first responders who serve our community. Experiences like this help build social understanding, communication skills, and real-world connections in a fun and engaging way.

We were honored to welcome Julie and Kaidi, founders of MyStar Learning, back to to William’s! ✨

Kaidi and Julie hosted a group of skilled entrepreneurs, parents, and professionals traveling all the way from China to further their knowledge and skills in ABA and Education. They spent time observing our program as well as others in the Austin area with a mission to see meaningful learning in action. We are honored to have William's School as a part of this observation time. Their work partnering with MyStar Learning making world-class knowledge accessible for Chinese educators, parents, and caregivers.

Julie and Kaidi’s journey began right here at William’s while completing their master’s degrees at UT, 10 years ago and it’s incredible to see the impact they are now making around the world. 🌎

Today, the world pauses to recognize Autism Acceptance on World Autism Day 2026—but at Williams School, this is our everyday reality, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Every day, we celebrate the unique strengths, perspectives, and voices of our students with autism and other diverse nuerotypes. Our work is rooted in meeting each student exactly where they are, walking alongside them with patience and purpose, and creating a foundation of trust, safety, and belonging.

We are committed to nurturing growth, honoring individuality, and supporting every student as they move toward their goals—on their own path, in their own time.

Today and every day, we stand with our students, their families, and the entire neurodiverse community. 💙
