RE:VIEW RE:VIEW is a new photographer's initiative that provides a platform for critical dialogue and education of photographic works.

Mentorship
RE:VIEW's Mentoring program pairs a student with an established photographer for a three month period with the intention of expanding the student’s comprehension of the world of contemporary photography in addition to broadening their skills within the variety of photographic processes and digital techniques. Each student/mentor pair will work at th

eir own pace in a custom curriculum with personalized assignments and discussion that each party works to develop. Through a strong and open dialogue, each mentor will assist the student in preparing a portfolio and offer guidance to ultimately achieve a better understanding of their own methods of working within the photographic medium. At the end of each mentorship, the student will be offered the opportunity to have their portfolio reviewed by a key member of the Austin arts scene.
