Engineering Week of Wellness (EWOW) is an entire week dedicated to promoting physical and mental wellness among our engineering community!
Each day will have a different activity that you can participate in to get your mind and body active while having fun! In addition, there will be a raffle at the end of each day.
Raffle entry: Post an activity picture on Instagram, tag and ! Each post will also count as an entry into a larger raffle to win a prize at the end of the week. The schedule is attached in this post, we’re so excited to be wowed by y’all at EWOW!
