Help me plan an April or May visit to your campus! Check with your school's administration for permission and send me the dates you have available for me to visit your campus. I know upcoming testing makes scheduling challenging. Let your administration know that I bring snacks and door prizes along with information when I visit.

If I have visited your campus before, you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. If I have not visited your campus before, you'll receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Need help with how to ask? Here's a sample text:
I am working with Yvette Milner, the membership specialist for the Association of Texas Professional Educators that serves the Hill Country, including _____ ISD. I am checking to see if I might be able to set up a campus visit for the spring. ATPE's membership for the 26-27 school year opens on April 1. I am a current member and would appreciate the opportunity for her to share the benefits of ATPE membership. ATPE is all inclusive, so anyone that works for the district can join. She typically visits at all staff meetings or by visiting campus(es) during lunches. She can set up in a workroom or lounge. She brings information, snacks, drinks, and door prizes. You can review ATPE's Lookbook, in case you are not familiar with all that ATPE has to offer. Please let me know if we can work together to schedule a visit.

A special message for Region 20 members whose membership specialist is Yvette Milner!

"Help me visit your campus or district. Please speak with your school or district admin about permission for ATPE to visit your campus or ISD. When I visit, I typically set up in a workroom or lounge. I like to arrive about 30 minutes before lunches begin and stay about 15 minutes after the last lunch ends. I'll send you a flyer to share the date with staff. On the date of the visit, staff are welcome to pick up information, a snack and drink, and a door prize ticket. For helping to arrange a visit, you will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

ATPE was honored to participate in Saturday's Save Texas Schools Rally in Austin. ATPE State Vice President Jerrica Holt delivered an incredible speech to attendees. Every public school educator should read it and keep it for a day when inspiration and energy are needed! We will always advocate for Texas public school students!
