Way to represent, Alexander and William!!

National champions on local television.

William McEwan and Alexander Wriedt joined CBS Austin’s *We Are Austin* today to discuss their victory at the L1 Boys’ 18 National Clay Court Championships and what it meant to earn USTA Gold Balls together.

They spoke about their years of friendship, the chemistry they’ve developed training and attending school together at Austin Tennis Academy, and the importance of competing with trust, resilience and a genuine enjoyment of the game.

We’re proud of the way William and Alexander represented themselves, their families and the entire ATA community. Take a few minutes to watch their interview and hear them tell the story of this memorable championship run.
