Keto diet, is it just another trend? I watched a Netflix documentary, "The Magic Pill", not to be confused with Magic Mike. The changes on children who are autistic was simply astounding. Also, the impact on a woman with breast cancer, another who was diabetic along with other health issues and more were short of miraculous. I do agree that we need to eliminate processed foods, chemicals and all of the garbage that is injected into our diets. I struggle a little bit because the diet runs counter to what I've always practiced which is low fats, low carbs and lean protein. The keto diet flips the food pyramid and suggests good fats (olive oil, avocado, full fat dairy, etc), along with plenty of protein and very, very low carbs. Hmmm, anybody have results they can share?

Lead from a place of service....ask not what others can do for you or help you to move up the ladder, but what can you do to make their lives better because by lifting up others, you are serving humanity.
