When dealing with difficult people issues, there is no substitute for being able to perceive the micro expressions of the people involved in order to maintain rapport.

I am curious to know How many of you actually take time out of your busy life and plan activities for your personal growth? I am fascinated by your definitions... what growing YOU means to you these days?

As you may realize, for 25 years I have dedicated my life to helping people grow, either by learning, coaching, teaching, or through projects. Self-help is like compound interest, it becomes the next platform for you to level-up. But to me Self-Help ideas are only as good as what we bother to actually put into practice. That is why I insist that every exercise be pragmatic and attached to values that you find worthwhile.

So from my market research sort of perspective, What sort of programs do you want to take you to the next level? What domains are you stretching into these days?
