Before I was ever the “Big Boss” or “Nanny Boss” I was just a girl with love to give and aspirations to be great!

What most people don’t know is that childcare was never on my bingo card. 🫣

3 months away from graduating with my nursing degree, my school shutdown due to financial aid fraud. Nannying found me and I discovered I had a level of insight and knowledge that was truly a gift.

God didn’t just call me to care for children. He called me to build a village.

He shifted my vision.

Parenting was never designed to happen in isolation.

Somewhere along the way, society normalized exhausted parents, overloaded schedules, and survival-mode households… then called it “doing your best.” 🫩

Being a career nanny of 10 years and agency owner of almost 3 years, I’ve learned that parents just need a village and systems that support the functions of their home. 🏡

I believe in our framework. The Modern Village Ecosystem™ — a more sustainable approach to family support, childcare, and modern parenting.
