In direct sun, sitting this is what it can feel like in Texas heat. Not the temperature of shaded areas and on asphalt this doesn't help.
Still. Hydrate. Keep your pups in or feet protected from pavement, this city is not the shaded city it once was. We all have to be more prepared and cautious. Work in the hours of the day that make sense outdoors and stick to the shade over full direct sunlight.
