8th Annual Sea Breeze Golf Tournament (Time TBA)
Delt Alumni Reception and Texas Football Forum (6 - 8 p.m.)

Saturday, November 7:
(Times assume a 2 p.m. kick-off)
Pre-Game Tailgate (11:30 - 1:30 p.m.)
Football Game vs. Kansas (2 p.m.)
Post-game Reception at the Delt House (5 - 8 p.m.)

Sunday, November 8:
Breakfast Tacos at the Delt House (9 - 11 a.m.)

2014 Alumni Weekend

This Friday, we will have a cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 PM at the Delt House. At 7:30, we have the privilege of hosting Brian Davis. Davis currently works as an educational consultant for the Buckner Sports Law Firm, and worked in the Iowa State, North Carolina, and Texas athletic departments. At UT, he served as the Associate Athletics Director for Football Student Services. More information about Davis can be found here: https://www.bucknersportslaw.com/People/Brian-Davis.

Saturday, we will host our annual Alumni Weekend tailgate beginning at 11 AM in preparation for a 2:30 PM kick against West Virginia. Burgers, brisket, and drinks will be out. We look forward to seeing you all for a great weekend!

Matthew McConaughey '93 will receive the Texas Exes' highest honor, the Distinguished Alumni award, October 17th at the LBJ Library. Other honorees include Heisman Trophy winner Earl Campbell, and astronaut Karen Nyberg. Congratulations Matthew!

Brothers,

This past April, Governor Perry named David "Max" Richards as the Student Regent on the University of Texas Board of Regents beginning on June 1st. Richards, a government junior from Weatherford, TX, will replace fellow UT student Nash Horne on the board. Richards will hold a non-voting position on the Board of Regents, and is the second consecutive Longhorn to hold the position of Student Regent.

Max, was quoted in The Daily Texan saying "I’m really excited to be able to give back to the UT System. This System has given so much to me, and I look forward to making a positive impact."

Now announcing the 2013 Fall Alumni Weekend events which will take place the weekend of November 1-2:

Friday Afternoon: Golf Tournament at Falconhead (12:30pm shotgun start). RSVP to Cody Daniel at [email protected].

Friday Evening: Social Event at the Delt House with Speaker (7-9pm).

Saturday Afternoon: Tailgate with lunch at the Delt House (12pm) followed by UT vs. Kansas game (2:30pm kickoff).

Saturday Night: Mom Abbott's 25 year anniversary reception (7pm).
