A very intelligent friend recommended that I watch 2000 mules when I asked him how he could believe that Donald Trump had won the 2020 election. He described the famous scenes of people obviously putting in several ballots. He was convinced, and the evidence seemed very damning. My first question was why wasn’t it being investigated if there was such obvious evidence. His answer was a shrugged “nobody cares that the election was stolen”.
It turns out people do care and investigated every key scene as thoroughly as possible. Brad Raffensperger, a die-hard conservative who is the Georgia Secretary of State and in charge of elections, went after the alleged perpetrators relentlessly. Several people were able to be identified from the video and were brought in for questioning. Not one of them did anything wrong. It is legal in Georgia to bring in ballots from family members. The guy seen putting in multiple ballots was dropping off his family’s votes. The state verified that 4 family member’s votes were received in that box on that day “What you are seeing is a crime. These are fraudulent votes”.

The state of Georgia is also suing film makers who claim to have lots of irrefutable evidence so Georgia sued them so that they could get it and go after the criminal voters. The film makers admitted that they have no evidence.

Is Donald Trump really a bad president/person?

I had a number of personal experiences with trump long before he became president. Having worked in commercial real estate one block from trump Tower, I have even hired people who had worked for him.
Years ago my friends husband started a small printing/marketing company in New York City. He immediately got an order from the trump organization without having solicited them. Before he could even get the first bill out they gave him four more jobs in quick secession.
My friends husband then got pancreatic cancer. My friend was the principal in a New York city school, had two small children who went to school in Brooklyn And she was visiting her husband every day at Sloan Kettering in upper New York City.
She sent multiple invoices to the trump organization. She made multiple calls and left multiple messages with the accounting department, the legal departments and trump himself.
She eventually went up to the office. Her husband had died And she was desperate for the money that her husband had earned. trump was told that she was in the reception area and a few minutes later two burly security guards came in and “escorted” my five foot two friend out of the building.
The next time she called the accounting department she was told to sue the trump organization if she ever wanted to see any of the money.
She was told by a lawyer that at the time trump had over 350 lawsuits pending and it would be years before she even got to court. She was also told that even if she won the case, trump would never pay.
she eventually got a check for $15,000 marked paid in full.
her husband had spent about $18,000 of his own money to get the job done.
The original bill was over $100,000.
As a lifelong New Yorker I knew what a scumbag trump was 40 years ago. He is truly one of the most despicable people who has ever walked the earth.
I find it incredibly crazy that people actually think that he is doing something good for America.
He makes a lot of promises and keeps none of them. He just likes announcing what he’s going to do. He just panders to his base.
He’s gotten nothing accomplished in the last 3 1/2 years.
tax cuts? Only for the rich
Great new health plan? trump said it was too difficult.
Infrastructure? He didn’t work on that at all.
The wall at the Mexican border? it will never be built.
Let’s not forget the trump University scam.
And let’s not forget the charity that the trump family set up to use as their own personal piggy bank.
And I hope we will all remember the abysmal job he’s done with Covid-19. He lied to the American public when he knew how dangerous this virus was. He politicized mask wearing. Even when he knew the pandemic had hit the United States he did nothing about making sure our citizens had enough PPE’s, ventilators, surgical masks and test kits.
Somehow he tells his base what a wonderful job he’s doing and incredibly they believe him without doing any of their own research.
trump is a horrible person and undoubtedly the worst president this country has ever had.

Cap City has gone under. Sad but true. Margie Coyle did everything she could do in the face of Trumps disastrous ignorance. I will stikkll be around. and whenI. come into some dough, I'll open my own comedy room. RIP Cap City.

Walking on Water. I was chosen as the host for an awards banquet for an outgoing minister. This woman was not only an ordained minister, she was a highly revered icon in this respected field. I was given the honor because of my reputation as a joke writer for a popular late nite talkshow so I knew they wanted levity in an otherwise solemn event. Nobody expected me to praise her but wanted brief humorous insights. First as I sat observing the first thing I noticed was the carriers were so busy that they feel behind and the salad course threw the staff a loop so by the time the enter was served, the attendees were ravenous and edgy. So following my introduction I said, “I’ll get the meat of my message before it get cold. To a mild response. No matter, I wanted to open with a comment about something that was clearly on everyone’s mind, pointing to the obvious. My second comment was pandering to the keynote speaker in terms recognizable to the assemblage. Thank you for this honor. I admit I was hesitant because as a humorist expected to be somewhat snarky, I knew making negative comments about the woman or event would fall as flat as the Texas Panhandle. I said, “It took a lot of faith for me to be here this evening, it reminded me of when Jesus was walking on water and beckoned Petter to demonstrate his faith by following Jesus. Tonight I follow Katherine and pray my faith will keep me from sinking.”
Then I proceeded to deliver a series of short on-liners that were used in a monologue of The Tonight Show starring Jay Leno. My stage time was fewer that ten minutes and I received substantial applause.
