The moveable alphabet is key to the language curriculum in the Montessori preschool and teaches the learner written language skills that lead to reading skills!

Nature is the best medicine.

When I spend quality time in nature, I can feel my self exhale and my shoulders drop. I feel a sense of peace and contentment looking at the calming scenes around me. I even saved a caterpillar and picked up trash on the hike and bike trail.

This is my first time on the trail in months and I am so grateful to be in this moment right now.
