Helping Hands Montessori Services is a local business created by Talitha Green in 2007. It's mission is to serve families, parents and schools by bridging the home and school life and by "bringing Montessori to You". Talitha specializes in Montessori home consulting and will help create a Montessori prepared environment in your home. She is also the owner and director of HHMS Montessori home-schoo

l, a public speaker and private tutor for grades K-6. She holds a masters degree in Education from Loyola College in Maryland as well as her Primary and Elementary AMI Diplomas. She is a proud mother and believes in the personal journey of all human beings.

This student is learning the sounds of the letters, the shape of the letter, using the letters to make words, how letters are put together to make words, the difference between consonants and vowels, as well as matching the object to the word.

The moveable alphabet is key to the language curriculum in the Montessori preschool and teaches the learner written language skills that lead to reading skills!

Nature is the best medicine.

When I spend quality time in nature, I can feel my self exhale and my shoulders drop. I feel a sense of peace and contentment looking at the calming scenes around me. I even saved a caterpillar and picked up trash on the hike and bike trail.

This is my first time on the trail in months and I am so grateful to be in this moment right now.
