Our Lions and Cheetahs had the BEST time getting out and exploring Sun Tree Park! From running and playing to laughing and making memories with friends, our little explorers made the most of their field trip. 💛

We love giving our children opportunities to learn, explore, and experience the world beyond the classroom! 🌿✨

💚 What is The CCOA Way?

It’s more than a saying. It’s how we’ve cared for, taught, and grown alongside Austin families since 1999.

At The Children’s Center of Austin, we believe a love for learning starts early in life—and that the right early childhood experience should feel like an extension of home. A place where children are known, loved, challenged, celebrated, and excited to walk through the doors each morning. ✨

The CCOA Way means…

👶 Care from the very beginning — nurturing infant care designed around each child’s individual need
📚 Learning through every stage — engaging toddler, preschool & Pre-K curriculum that encourages curiosity and prepares children for what comes next
🔬 More ways to explore — dedicated STEM/iLab, Art Studio, Library, Gym, outdoor spaces and hands-on learning experiences
🏊 Experiences beyond the classroom — including our on-site pool, splash pad and seasonal swim program
🍎 Making families’ days easier — breakfast, lunch & snacks are included
💜 Teachers who know your child — experienced, caring educators and low teacher-to-child ratios
🏡 A community families can grow with — infant through Pre-K, plus afterschool and summer camp for school-age children
✨ A locally family-owned school serving Austin families since 1999

But the CCOA Way is also found in the little things—the warm welcome in the morning, the teacher who knows exactly what makes your child smile, the messy hands after an art project, the excitement of discovering something new, and the relationships that make a school feel like a community.

That’s the CCOA story. That’s the CCOA Way. 💚

Happy Grandparents Day from CCOA! 💛

We asked our little ones a very important question: “How old do you think your grandparents are?” 😂 Their answers did not disappoint!

But beyond the giggles, Grandparents Day is such a special reminder of all the grand people who help shape our children’s lives. Grandparents, parents, teachers, and the CCOA families who have become part of our story over the years. 💙💚🧡💜

We asked our teachers what they love about the CCOA family and what they hope our children will remember about their time here. The answer is simple: we hope they remember how deeply they were loved, encouraged, celebrated, and known.

We are so grateful for the community we’ve built together—and even more excited to continue growing it for generations of CCOA families to come.

Because at CCOA, it’s always been about more than a school. It’s family. It’s the CCOA Way. ☀️📚

Happy Grandparents Day to all the GRAND people in our lives! 💛
