⚽️❤️ What. A. Match. ❤️⚽️
Today, our school community gathered for our very first Father’s Day Soccer Match, and what unfolded was so much more than a game.
⚽️ Team Red. 🔴 Team Blue. 🔵 One unforgettable afternoon!
Thank you to every father who joined us, embraced the spirit of play, and helped create an afternoon filled with joy, connection, and lasting memories. The incredible turnout reflected the strength of the culture we continue to build together—one rooted in relationships, participation, and community.
This was our first Father’s Day Soccer Match, but it certainly won't be our last. 💙❤️

This evening was truly emotional as we celebrated our Pre-K Graduation. 🎓💛
Many of these children began their journey at KLA Schools of Sweetwater as toddlers — some holding their teachers’ hands for their very first days away from home. Tonight, we watched them walk across the stage with confidence, independence, and hearts full of joy.
We have had the privilege of watching them grow up right before our eyes — from first words and first friendships to becoming kind, curious, and capable learners ready for kindergarten. What a beautiful journey it has been. ✨
Congratulations to our Class of 2026 — kindergarten, here they come! 🌟

In our school, the 'Piazza' is the heart of the community — a shared gathering space designed to spark connection, collaboration, curiosity, and discovery beyond the classroom walls.
As educators, we intentionally create opportunities for even our youngest learners to leave their classrooms and explore the school environment in meaningful ways. Today, our babies visited the Piazza to investigate sound through instruments, rhythm, movement, and listening. These moments may look simple, but they are rich in learning: cause and effect, sensory exploration, social interaction, communication, concentration, and the joy of discovery.
One of the unique qualities of KLA Schools of Sweetwater is that children are not confined to one classroom all day. Our school was thoughtfully designed with beautiful communal spaces — like the Piazza and Atelier — that encourage exploration, relationships, and experiences that feel dynamic, inspiring, and connected.
At KLA, the environment itself becomes part of the curriculum.

In our Atelier, art becomes a language for thinking. At KLA, children don’t simply “do crafts” — they explore ideas, test theories, express emotions, and make meaning through creative experiences. In a true Reggio Emilia-inspired environment, art is not about creating identical projects or following step-by-step instructions. Instead, children are invited to think critically, make decisions, experiment freely, and communicate their ideas through the “hundred languages of children.” ✨
This intentional approach is one of the many things that make our school unique. While many programs focus on the final product, we focus on the process — nurturing creativity, confidence, independence, and cognitive development through thoughtfully designed experiences by educators. Every mark, brushstroke, and choice reflects a child’s thinking journey.
