Learn the art of French crêpe-making — from sweet lemon-sugar classics to traditional egg, ham and cheese buckwheat galettes. In this hands-on culinary experience, guests will learn how to prepare traditional French crêpes from scratch — both sweet and savory — using classic techniques. We’ll cover batter preparation, cooking methods, and flavor pairings, while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with local cider pairing.

Mother’s Day classes! Sunday, May 10th: Brunch in the morning (fried chicken biscuits and gravy) and risotto in the evening (mushroom! Wine! Kale Caesar! Tiramisu!)
🍄‍🟫 Treat your mom to a fun a delicious cooking experience (no planning, shopping, stressing, or messing necessary!)
