From morning prayer, to hands-on learning, to recess with friends, each day brings new opportunities to ask questions, build confidence and grow.

Along the way, they learn that they are wonderfully made, that they belong, and that they can approach new challenges with confidence and curiosity. Each day helps our youngest Warriors grow into thoughtful learners who are ready to explore!

Our juniors are exploring what's next! 🧭📚

Students recently learned how to use Scoir, a college admission platform that helps students explore schools, organize their search, and prepare for the application process.

They also signed up for upcoming on-campus college visits and attended an information session about Texas A&M University. Through opportunities like these, our College Counseling program gives students the tools, guidance, and access they need to begin shaping their path after SMP.

This honor recognizes what our Warrior community experiences every day: a leader who brings vision, courage, heart, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves.

Colleen’s leadership continues to shape St. Michael’s Prep into an extraordinary PK–12 community: one where students are known and loved, faculty are empowered to do their best work, and one where we are always looking ahead to what is possible.

What do popping balloons and a mock crime scene have in common? 🔎🎈

At SMP, both become opportunities to look closely, ask thoughtful questions, and learn by doing. Innovative teaching practices like these bring learning to life!

Middle School Mystery Lab students investigated a mock crime scene, while Upper School Honors Inquiry Project students observed balloons popping to generate questions. The exercise served as a reminder that even ordinary objects can become extraordinary when viewed from a new perspective.
