Are you a BCBA who wants to make a real impact and have a work-life balance that actually works? At PBS, we provide high-quality in-home ABA services across a variety of family settings, and we support our clinicians with a culture built by BCBAs for BCBAs.

What You’ll Do
Provide ABA supervision and programming for clients in in-home settings
Collaborate with families and team members to support behavior goals
Conduct assessments and oversee treatment planning (including BIPs when appropriate)
Guide data-driven decision-making and clinical best practices

Available for Full-time employees, including:

Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

Full-time and part-time positions available

Receive a 10% of annual salary bonus (2.5% per quarter).

Sign-On Bonuses are available in select areas for Full-Time, Exempt status employees.
