MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 💪 Completed Another Round of 75 Hard
75 days ago, I set out on a mission—not for the first time—but this time, it was different. I took on the relentless 75 Hard Challenge once again, pushing my limits further than ever before. But what made this journey truly special was that I had my wife by my side. Together, we forged ahead, shoulder to shoulder, embracing the grind and conquering each day.
What is 75 Hard?
It's not just a fitness program; it's a transformative mental toughness challenge designed by Andy Frisella. It's a battle against your own excuses, a test of discipline, and a pathway to forging an unbreakable mindset. The rules are non-negotiable:
• Two 45-minute workouts EVERY DAY—one must be outdoors, no matter the weather.
• Follow a strict diet—no cheat meals, ZERO alcohol.
• Drink one gallon of water daily.
• Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-development book every day—no audiobooks.
• Take a progress picture every single day.
Miss a single task, and you start over from Day 1. No compromises. No shortcuts.
Completed this round:
• 🚶♂️ Rucked 285 miles—that's like marching from one city to another. Every step taken with purpose. GORUCK
• 🏋️♂️ Crushed over 112 hours of workouts, half of them under the open sky—rain or shine.
• 💧 Downed 75 gallons of water
• 📖 Read 750 pages of non-fiction
• 📸 Documented every day—tracking the relentless pursuit of progress.
• ⚖️ Dropped 12 pounds
And we achieved all this while juggling the demands of life:
• 👨👩👧👦 Being present for our family and kids.
• 💼 Handling business commitments and professional responsibilities.
• ✈️ Navigating travel and the unpredictability of life.
• ❤️ Strengthening our relationship, proving that iron sharpens iron.
Lessons from the Battlefield:
• Discipline Over Motivation: Motivation is fleeting; discipline is unwavering. It's about doing what needs to be done, especially when you don't feel like it.
• No Excuses: The weather doesn't care about your plans. Neither does life. You adapt, overcome, and move forward.
• The Power of Partnership: Having someone in the trenches with you changes the game. We pushed each other, held each other accountable, and refused to let the other quit.
• Time Mastery: We all have the same 24 hours. It's about prioritizing and executing. We proved that even with a packed schedule, there's always room for what truly matters.
Why Go Through This Again?
Because complacency is the enemy of progress. Every time I tackle , I discover new strengths and obliterate old limitations. Doing it alongside my wife amplified the experience—bonding us through shared struggle and triumph.
What's Next?
The mission never stops. We're carrying this momentum forward, integrating these hard-earned habits into our everyday lives. The grind continues, and so does the growth.
A Call to Action:
To all the men out there—fathers, husbands, leaders—it's time to step up. Challenge yourself. Push beyond your comfort zone. Forge the discipline that will set you apart.
If you've been on the fence about taking on 75 Hard or any challenge that demands more of you, consider this your sign. No more excuses. The only thing standing between you and your goals is the story you keep telling yourself.
Remember: Strength is built through struggle. Growth is forged in the fire of adversity. Embrace the grind, and you'll emerge stronger than ever.
Let's rise together.
