I’ll be the first one teaching in the new studio in Amsterdam, Yoga Circle. It’s down to the wire as they’re putting finishing touches on the space. Maybe I’ll grab a paintbrush and jump in to help :-)

I’m wrapping up a wonderful few days, teaching in Wroclaw Poland. The students are fantastic and have been warm and welcoming. I’ve enjoyed the architecture as well as the mystical little Wroclaw Dwarves that can be found throughout the streets around the city. Tomorrow, I’m off to Amsterdam for some new adventures. I hope to see you down the road. As always, sending love and respect.

Before I wrote my book, Ashtanga Yoga: The Practice Manual, I sketched out ideas for the layout. I’m not much of an artist, but my rough drawings closely resembled the final printed versions. Simple
ideas are the seeds from which our dreams grow into tangible forms.
